Five people were injured by an Iranian missile in Beer Sheva, the same location where a hospital was attacked on Thursday.
One week following the initial strikes on Iranian military capabilities and nuclear facilities, Israel has decisively targeted dozens of sites in Tehran early this morning, including a nuclear research center.
Numerous targets were struck, particularly military missile manufacturing facilities and the headquarters of SPND, the organization tasked with researching and developing Iran’s military nuclear program, as stated by the Israeli army.
Israeli forces have targeted facilities involved in the production of missile components and factories that supply raw materials for manufacturing missile engines. Meanwhile, air raid sirens went off early Friday in several regions of Israel due to the launch of Iranian missiles.
Defense systems intercepted four drones. Five people sustained minor injuries from an Iranian missile that struck near two residential buildings in Beer Sheva, the same location where another projectile hit a hospital on Thursday.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz warned Hezbollah’s Naim Qasem against intervening in the Israel-Iran conflict, following Qasem’s statement that Hezbollah would respond to “brutal American-Israeli aggression.”
“I suggest to the Lebanese representative to be cautious and understand that Israel has run out of patience with the terrorists threatening it,” Katz said in a statement released by the ministry and reported by Efe. Katz stated that Qasem “is not learning from his predecessors and threatens to act against Israel following instructions from the Iranian dictator.
“Israel killed Qasem’s predecessor, Hasan Nasrallah, in a bombing on September 27, which the group confirmed the next day. This followed an intensified bombing campaign in Beirut.”
The leader of the Shiite group, a key ally of Tehran, condemned Israeli aggression and stated that Iran is a strong supporter of the oppressed and the liberation of Palestine and Jerusalem.
“The US-led oppressors could not accept Iran’s groundbreaking humanitarian model or its resolve under Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei,” Qasem affirmed.
