The Clock Is Ticking Down to the End of the World: Are You Ready?

The Clock Is Ticking. The clock is ticking down until the end of the world and Christ’s return.

Are you ready?

The Doomsday Clock, ticking for 77 years, is not an ordinary clock. It aims to assess how close humanity is to the end of the world.

Over the past 77 years, the clock’s time has been adjusted based on scientists’ perceptions of the proximity of total destruction to humanity. Some years see time adjustments, while others do not.

Are You Ready?

Luke 21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

Luke 21:26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

Luke 21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

Are you ready?

The Doomsday Clock has been set to 90 seconds to midnight, the closest it has ever been to the symbolic hour, by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, who established the clock in 1947.

Midnight symbolizes the end of the world. The Bulletin previously set the clock at 90 seconds to midnight last year, primarily due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the heightened risk of nuclear escalation.

The Bible teaches that Jesus will return in the clouds with the trump of God, and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Are you ready for Jesus’ return?

1 Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

2 Peter 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Matthew 7:23  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work SIN.

Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
