Foxes Book of Martyrs

Written in English in the year 1563 by John Day. There are millions of copies in print.

It tells the tragic stories of men and women who faced torture and martyrdom but were triumphant through Jesus Christ.

Beginning with Jesus Christ, this book traces religious persecution up to the sixteenth century.

It tells the heroic lives of great men and women who would not recant their beliefs.
