One Million Muslims in Iran have converted to Christianity

Amidst discussions of a potential broader war in the Middle East, there are reports of a significant increase in the number of Muslims choosing to follow Christ, particularly in Iran, as people search for a better life.

Iranians are becoming increasingly disillusioned with the ruling ayatollahs and are expressing a strong preference for a democratic government, with many also turning away from Islam, according to an internal poll.

“According to The Voice of the Martyrs (VOM), the country has one of the highest drug addiction rates in the world. Corruption runs rampant, and more than half of the people live below the poverty line.”

“The people of Iran are expressing disillusionment with the last 45 years under Islam. Many are turning to Jesus. Reportedly, at least a million Muslims have left Islam for Christianity, according to VOM.”

The regime has responded by reportedly closing 50,000 out of the country’s 75,000 mosques. According to VOM, this action has not pleased the regime, as they are seeking to strengthen their power and suppress any form of dissent.

“We’ve heard of Bible study groups and home churches getting raided, with leaders being arrested and detained. Family and friends are more tolerant of leaving Islam than the government,” said the executive director of The Tide Ministry. “This reflects what’s happening in the Islamic world.”

Muslims are experiencing dreams and visions, leading many to discover Jesus Christ as their savior.

“I believe an awakening is occurring across the Muslim world, not limited to Iran,” said Tide Ministry. The radio broadcasts are even garnering positive responses in Afghanistan, despite the significant danger posed by the Taliban to those seeking information from secret Christians within the country.

“It’s more than just being disowned by your family. It’s the actual threat of death. Embracing new life in Christ entails acknowledging the possibility of your life ending in this world.”

According to the Joshua Project, Christianity is spreading rapidly in Yemen, with Christian growth almost double the global average.
