Having a purpose in life will give you hope for the future and health for you.
The purpose of your life can come through volunteering, donating to charities, and helping others.
The Christians’ purpose should be first to spread the good news of salvation through serving Jesus Christ.
We are Jesus’ workers to do good work for others who need our help.

When we have a purpose in life, it is healthy for us. Purpose in life lowers the levels of the stress hormone cortisol and lower levels of heart inflammation. One study found that having a “clear purpose in life” can slow the impact of Alzheimer’s in older patients.
Because of the coronavirus, stress and fear have entered many, and peace has left many people.
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
We find peace through believing that God has everything under control and he is watching over us.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
John 14:7 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
The word of God will bring peace to us. Less news and more reading the Bible is the solution to peace.

Serving God and studying the word of God will heal our bodies and bring health to our bodies.
Psalms 107:20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
The word of God is alive and powerful going down into our bodies.
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Proverbs 4:20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Proverbs 4:21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
Proverbs 4:22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
