Making Decisions by using the Word of God

Life is full of daily decisions. Some are easy, such as what to have for dinner, while others are more serious, like choosing a career.

No matter how significant a decision may be, striving to make a well-informed choice is important.

When confronted with a challenging decision, it’s natural to feel emotions: overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, pressured, and confused.

“Before making any important decision, it’s important to take the time to pray and seek guidance.”

Philippians 4:6  Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

“Before making any decision, it’s important to seek guidance and wisdom from God, allowing His principles and teachings to influence your choice.”

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Proverbs 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

“Trust in God’s wisdom to guide us in making the best decisions that will shape our lives for the better.”

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Let the Spirit of Truth be our guiding light.

Psalms119:105  Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Let His word guide our daily walk through life, empowering us to navigate challenges and with faith.

Psalms 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

Studying the Bible is absolutely essential for gaining insight into God’s perspective on any matter.

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Studying the Bible will transform us by renewing our minds.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Christians are to be born again by the Word of God and grow daily with the scriptures until we become full-grown in the lord.

1 Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.

1 Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

The scriptures are God-breathed for correcting and instructing us in righteousness.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2 Timothy 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
