A DEI trainer has raised concerns about the American flag potentially becoming a symbol of “hate” and “extremism,” sparking debate about national icons in today’s society.
“In the US, schools, colleges, and universities are dropping their DEI initiatives due to a new policy that has resulted in discontinued funding. For example, the University of North Carolina System Board of Governors voted to eliminate all DEI initiatives from state universities, sparking debate about the decision’s merits.”
The services of these DEI consultants come with a cost, and it is often borne by the taxpayer. When the figures for their fees were made public, it surprised many people. Some were pleased that their tax money was being used for these initiatives, while others were not impressed and requested that their money be allocated to other purposes.
A prominent DEI trainer has been vocal about her stance on Critical Race Theory (CRT) in the education system. She believes that employees who resist CRT do not fit within the educational culture, stating in her published work that these employees are a “poison to culture and climate.”
She believes employees who disagree with these initiatives should be fired as they do not belong in that line of work. She also thinks there’s no point in showing compassion to those who refuse to see your point of view and finds engaging in conversation with them to be a waste of time.
If a married couple can’t see eye to eye, they often get divorced. She suggests a similar approach for work relationships: if you can’t agree with a colleague, especially if they won’t compromise, it may be necessary to remove them from the team or organization.
The DEI training includes the color line exercise introduced by her. It assigns scores based on employees’ perceived level of oppression to visually demonstrate societal privileges and inequalities.
She advocates for equity over equality, arguing that individuals should receive varying levels of support based on their specific needs. This approach, she believes, is more effective in addressing disparities within the educational system. A teacher who participated in DEI training described the experience as “insane,” expressing frustration with its compulsory nature and lack of clarity about the consequences of non-participation.
It is obvious that Critical Race Theory is a far-left lie from the devil.
