Americans are warned a terror attack is likely

The FBI chief stated that one potential entry point for threats into the country is the U.S.-Mexico border. This is due to the Democrats’ open border policy. There is an increasing concern about the possibility of a coordinated attack within the country, similar to the attack that occurred in a Russian theater.

Top law enforcement officials have issued a stark warning, stating that the threat of a terrorist attack within the U.S. has risen ‘enormously’ in the past months. Attorney General Merrick Garland made this alarming admission while testifying before the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday during a hearing dedicated to investigating the department’s politicization.

FBI Director Christopher Wray, speaking to a different Senate committee, agreed, saying, “The threat from foreign terrorists has risen to a new level.” There are reports of known terrorists entering the country illegally through the southern border, along with non-watchlisted suspects posing a great concern. Intelligence also presents a significant concern.

Wray informed the senators that foreign terrorist organizations have called for attacks against Americans and their allies. During his time as FBI director, multiple terror attacks in U.S. cities have been disrupted. He expressed concern about the simultaneous elevation of threats to public safety and national security.

These individuals are hard to track once inside, requiring an FBI terrorist task force response. Wray mentioned waves of cyber attacks on U.S. infrastructure, including ransomware attacks.

“The threat from fentanyl smuggling has increased, with enough fentanyl seized in one FBI raid to kill every person in New Mexico.”

And the fentanyl problem is tied to the other side of the border, Wray said, referencing Mexico. Wray previously set off alarm bells when he testified in December that he had ‘never seen a time where all the threats or so many of the threats are elevated, all at exactly the same time.

In an exchange with Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., at the time, the South Carolinian probed Wray if he saw warning signs akin to those seen before the 9/11 attacks. Wray responded then, ‘I see blinking lights everywhere I turn.’ ‘Given the steady drumbeat of calls for attacks by foreign terrorist organizations.

We’re working around the clock to identify and disrupt potential attacks by those inspired by Hamas’s horrific terrorist attacks in Israel,’ Wray testified in December.
